Mission
The H.I.V.E. Collective is a woman-owned, collaboration-centered consulting group supporting public health and education initiatives through high-quality, inclusive, vibrant, and engaging (H.I.V.E.) work.
We empower educators, schools, public health professionals, and communities by offering expert consulting, professional development, instructional coaching, and innovative, evidence-informed resources.
Our team of “pollinators” brings experience from nonprofits, government agencies, academic institutions, and local organizations to deliver accessible, relevant, and practical solutions. By bridging the gap between public health and education, we help build sustainable, equity-centered systems that support the health and learning of all communities.
We believe it takes a hive—collaboration, expertise, and shared resources—to create healthier, more informed communities.

We envision a future where every student, educator, and community has access to comprehensive, equitable, and effective education and health services. By fostering partnerships across sectors—especially between public health and education—we aim to eliminate disparities, break down silos, and equip changemakers with the tools they need to drive lasting, positive transformation.
Our goal is to become the go-to national resource for adaptable, inclusive, and community-connected solutions in both public health and education.
